Is it just me or did TPCI stepup the printing QA with Brilliant Stars? I've basically opened 2 etbs and 2 single packs with promos and gotten 5 character arts. And they all look immaculate. no scuffs like my Marnie FA had out of the box(in it's fucking cell wrapping even; a giant slash across like someone took a box cutter to it). The borders on all of them look perfectly even and not miscut even slightly.

scyther ex is stellar

great pokemon with many options - reverse holo FRLG or UF are beauties to look out for, and I like both aquapolis cards as well

I believe the only Japanese exclusive is the quick starter holo -- in English we got it as a non-holo wotc promo

Didn't even notice it at first until it hit the light in just the right way. It also has an X on it, coincidentally

also probably the reverse holos (e.g. Japanese pichu/charizard or wotc best promos) have enough holofoil sheet on them that you can get all the patterns

Literally ebay or yahoo auctions japan. Used to be just ordering them through a middle man from JP Pokemon Center but that's a lot more difficult since they switched to a lottery for every tcg set
