Does anyone know what the cap for research points in the PLA Pokédex is? I've clocked 125 hours trying to take on the incredibly autistic task of 100%-ing this shit.
Is the cap 99,999 or 999,999 points? If it's the latter, then I don't think completing it is humanly possible.

It's 99,999 and you only get research points from pokedex missions so even if it didn't cap at 99,999 there'd be a set amount before 999,999. 99,999 is definitely doable and you'll get it before full completion.

Full completion is what I care about. I assumed since doing the Research Tasks is what gives you Research Points.
Has anyone 100% completed the Pokédex without cheats yet?

That seems easier honestly. All you have to do is find mons in Massive Mass Outbreaks which are mostly over level 60 or 70-80 if Alpha, then defeat each challenge with 1-2 hits.

Yeah it would probably be easier than master trainers in Lets Go. I never bothered with those. I might go back one day but nobody has really made any guides for them because nobody bothered to do them
