That's not to mention +1 Def, SpD, or Spe can make an otherwise unremarkable breaker incredibly difficult to revenge-kill. So yeah, I'd say there are countless wallbreakers that adore Dynamax. Especially ones that are ordinarily squishy or stopped by Unaware.
On the other hand, actual walls do not enjoy their Recover/Roost being turned into Max Guard. They do not enjoy their Seismic Toss becoming Max Knuckle. They do not enjoy Foul Play becoming Max Darkness. The whole point of stall is to let time and passive damage do all the work, and all Dynamax does is add HP that could have been recovered by clicking a move or cycling between regenerators anyway.
Diggersby is a Pokémon that greatly benefits from Dynamax.Toxapex is not.
