I wish gamefreak would go through the entire dex and redo heights and weights. Tauros is under 5' tall and like 200lbs (1.5m/90kg). You could barely put a bag on that, let alone ride one.

Arcanine for land, Salamence for sky and Azumarill for sea.
I'd try not to rely on Arcanine too much because I wouldn't want to get too unhealthy.

For being one of the first domesticated Pokemon, you'd think Skiddo and Gogoat would be more plentiful and not just appearing in more than one route, they should have shown up in every region after their introduction and especially in Galar.

Either Metacross for both flying and hovering above sea/water, or i would have rapidash as my main form of transportation altho i would probably have a 2nd or 3rd large pokemon that i could use as a ride in order to not overexert the pony too much.

It probably wouldnt be too much of a good idea to carry so much shit anyhoo during a journey so am sure rapidash would do fine with the small load.
