Likely depends on a number of factors like number of reports and which mod or janitor is around to decide if an image is too racy. Something like OP might be fine, but I wouldn't push it much further past that. A micro bikini with a clear outline of what's underneath may not be up for long, for instance.
As for furry shit, not sure since I've never paid much attention to it. Seems like it gets less of a pass than human characters though. They probably get banished to /trash/ or something.
