Some people don't like having a living dex (or at least all of their past pokemon) stuck in the ether.
And every pokemon is somebodies fave. GF shouldn't have sold the idea of migrating pokemon up each gen.

I'm working on a "Colosseum/PBR"- style game mixed with showdown's ease of access. It'll be 809 pokemon + Toxtricity, they'll all look nice n' polished with their looks n' animations, & it'll even come with an offline mode where you can give the a.i. a team & fight against it.
But really, the main goal of this project is to make a battle a.i. that doesn't suckle hard on mad donkey chode, like the a.i. of literally any other Pokemon game.
