i had a somewhat horrifiying dream a few nights ago (i'm fucking dreaming about hatching, kill me) where i hatched a feebas and it somehow transformed into a blue spotted spinda then i kept hatching these weird abominations that apparently wer fusons of other fish pokemon but they looked more like failed Nokemon then a Pokemon

can some nerds tell me how this shiny counting site works? i turned on full odds and it says i need at least 9,000 encounters before i get 90 percent but once i netered my amount of hatched eggs it immediately started counting in the negatives. the shit dosen't say anything useful other then "its an approximation"
