Meowth awoke, eyes bloodshot and head spinning he made his way to the toilet and vomited the contents of an empty stomach. Wiping the bile from his mouth he paused for a moment, a sudden flash of realization hit him. Meowth looked beyond the bathroom doorway of the skeevy roadside motel room towards the bed. A wave of guilt crashed over him, Meowth turned back to the toilet and heaved more bile and air. "It wasn't suppose to be like this, dammit" said Meowth "...That damn bitch, that cunt, couldn't leave well enough alone!"

"I'VE HAD ENOUGH OF THIS SHIT!" Screamed Meowth to the shock of all around him.
"What the fuck are we doing this for?! It's a fucking Pikachu, a rat, a literal rodent." Continued Meowth
"M-Meowth! Watch you're language!" said Jessie
"But it's a really strong Pikachu" added James
Ash and Pikachu looked on dumb founded, there was a tension in the air that was foreign toa usual encounter with team Rocket.
"You two prance around like faggots, squandering Jame's trust fund and for what?! A FUCKING RAT? I want to know are you two actually fucking retarded?"
"You ungrateful little... HOW DARE YOU!? We took you in, we befriended you and you speak to us like this?" said Jessie
James, perhaps inwardly wounded by Meowth's criticisms remained quiet.
"You should know more than anyone how many countless times this twerp has embarrassed - no - DISHONORED us! This is about REVENGE! For years this has been about nothing but revenge!" Said a increasingly enraged Jessie
"R-REVENGE?!" sputtered Meowth
"We've been the ones antagonizing HIM, chasing HIM. He's a wall that we keep beating ours heads against, wasting our lives on! What do you mean Revenge!?"
"Meowth your starting to ware on my last ner-"
but before Jessie could finish James interrupted: "Uhh guys, Ash and Pikachu are..."
Ash and Pikachu had began to casually walk away
"You see that?" Said Meowth "We're nothing to him, a minor inconvenience at best."

Some combination of Meowth's outburst and years of festering hatredcaused something in Jessie to snap as she watched the subject of her loathing casually stroll away.
Jessie's world shook with realization, all the ambient sounds of her surroundings became a faint ringing noise. The best years of her life were gone, wasted on an obsessive quest to punish someone who hardly knew she existed. Jessie's face went blank, Meowth's mouth was moving but all sound was a high pitched ring.

Jessie slowly approached Ash's back like a lost child wondering about in confusion - then suddenly - Jessie became something like a hungry wolf.
Jessie felt something heavy in her hand as she closed in on Ash who had taken notice of her footsteps just one moment too late.
In an instant Jessie was upon Ash, the rock in her hand was dripping red as she feverishly whipped her arm towards Ash's now unrecognizable face.
Pikachu was in a state of shock and awe in the presences of such never before seen violence but when he regained his senses he acted swiftly.
What cosmic irony that the mother of a small boy from Kanto chose the name Ash for her son.
Pikachu had, in a state of panic and in defense of his beloved trainer, let out a discharge of electricity so monumentally intense that it turned earth to glass.
A black crater containing a now expended Pikachu and a tattered scrap of cloth with half of a red "R" logo was all the remained of the gruesomescene.
Meowth and James looked on in horror and disbelief. Meowth was the first of the two to snap back into focus.
"T-This is bad James, this is r-real bad... we gotta go, we g-gotta-" Meowth noticed a hint of movement in the crater.
Meowth left the catatonic Jame's side and cautiously approached the crater beforecarefully peering into the hole.
Pikachu was alive but barely, the amount of energy he had expended in his hasty and desperate attack had severely damaged his body.
Meowth crept towards the heavily breathing Pikachu who appeared to stare off into the distance, unaware of his surroundings.
When Meowth was standing beside Pikachu, Pikachu's eyes flicked towards Meowth. There was a kind of hatred and sadness in those eyes, fear even.
Pikachu no doubt sensed what would come next. Meowth extended his claws.

It had been a hard past couple of days, unlike any that James or Meowth had ever experienced. The going was easy at first, the successes of stealing a car and provisions had given them the hope that they might spend the rest of their lives as free men.
However fate is rarely so kind.
As it turns out having your fingerprints and photographs in an international database of wanted criminals actually makes getting away with murder quiet a bit more difficult.
Whats more, being internationally wanted criminals seems to make the police less willing to hear your side of the story.
It wasn't long before Jame's bank accounts were frozen and every officer in the region was looking for him. None were willing to consider that poor James was an innocent bystander to the goings on of that day. Murder was so rare in the Pokemon world that when it happened, especially to a child, all people really wanted was closure.
Meowth and James were high on delusions of freedom when they met with... inconvenience.
They had managed to evade capture quit a few times on their way to the border but were now faced with their biggest road block yet: an actual roadblock.
Helicopters and trucks, officers and police pokemon stood like a range of mountains before them.
Meowth grabbed the wheel and forced the car off road - much to the surprise of James. An overhead helicopter tracked the trail of dust that was the stolen car below, it was headingfor the tree line. Police trucks and Pokemon broke off from the barricade to intercept the car but it was too late,Meowth and James had made it in to the woods.

Jame's brain rattled in his skull and Meowth was thrown about the car, it seems the auto engineers didn't take the current terrain into account when designing this mid sized family car.
Mewoth and James felt a sinking, fluttering sensation in their stomachs before the realization hit them - they were air borne.
The car it seems had gone and ran itself off a cliff.
It landed with a crash and tumbled down a slanted incline.
Sometime later James awoke to a man shouting, it was a single officer with a handgun trained on him. Jame's everything hurt - except his legs - and he couldn't bring himself to do anything but break down in tears.
The shouting suddenly became a gurgle before stopping as warm droplets hit Jame's wincing face.
"Come on chum, let's get you outta there." he heard Meowth say.
After Meowth had pulled James from the wreckage he stuffed the officer's gun into Jame's pant pocket
"Hold on to this for me, will ya?" Said Meowth in a melancholic voice
"Meowth I can't feel my-" started James.
"That's enough of that, there's a highway nearby, it shouldn't be so hard tonab another ride." Meowth interrupted.

Meowth approached the bed.
James was unnaturally pale and the torn sheets around his legs were stained red with blood.
Meowth thought for a second, weighing his options. Meowth looked to the gun on the beside table then back to James laying motionless in the bed.
Mewoth had a dead expression on his face as he took the gun into his paw and pointed it towards Jame's unconscious head before -
"POLICE OPEN UP!"
Life returned to Meowth's dead eyes and his face contorted in panic. He stood there for what seemed liked an eternity, unable to move.
"Breach the door." a voice said from outside.
Then suddenly Meowth's expression changed to one of contentment, he felt as though he had been shown the way out of a long dark tunnel.
As the motel door flew off the hinges Meowth raised the stolen gun and cried:
"I'LL KILL EVERY LAST ONE OF YOU FUCKING PIGS!!!"
