Ok I've did a research about american miths about thunder or electricity and found nothing them the thunder bird or some native heros, so i had those ideas:
> An electric slug(its antennae reminds those portable tasers) who becomes an electric snail with a coper shell(the shell can store more energy) and then evolves to another molusc with a more detailed shell(like those marine) with a golden shell it started as pure electric and ended up as electric/steel.
> An german shepard (it should be used to herd mareeps and to police as a taser and imobilize suspects fisically) should be electric/fighter or electric/dark
>An electric pig(yes because of the nose) and it's coil tail to electro magnetism (should be electric ground)

1st Stage: A Calf covered entirely in fluffy, fuzzy fur that generates powerful shocks from static electricity
2nd Stage: Less fuzzy fur but it now has small horns, and is stockier and angrier.
3rd Stage: An angry Bull with massive horns that it rotates to generate electricity. It would have a high attack stat and good bulk. Maybe something like pic rel.
