I've never been a fan of Hypno's design because it ditches Drowzee's whole tapir thing, so I tried to redesign it to fix that. What do you think? Would you change anything about it?

I might actually use Hypno in a playthrough if it looked like this. Try playing around with the pattern at the waistline to differentiate from Drowzee a little bit more.
