with how my chart ended up, mew, representing infinite knowledge in that it contains the dna of all pokemon, can become them, and can learn any move, appears to be Giritina/Uxie aligned.
If they're drawing from a slightly biblical (or i guess more gnostic really) narrative, It's possible Arceus did not intend creation of pokemon beyond its first 6 emanations, and Giratina in its ambition and defiance created it's own subject(s) to rule. Mew, then, the embodiment of a first man having eaten the tree of knowledge and having mortal progeny bearing that same forbidden divine knowledge.
Which is not at all something i would have picked up on without this chart. And might still just be coincidence. But does fit.
