Torno dances, he has no arc of character development he just collects other Pokémon that dance, if he was replaced by a symbol monkey, nothing would change but the person who teaches you how to heal pokemon (I doubt a symbol monkey can communicate this). The other anon makes a good point that his clear faggotry and love for dancing would be a perfect introduction to contests, but they don't exist. Hey at least we got some cafe battles!
