The Togepi that hatches from this egg has two abilities, Serene Grace and Hustle. It evolves into Togekiss later, which has very good stats, generally.
Togekiss generally wants to spam high power special attacks like Air Slash, and Serene Grace which literally doubles the flinch chance is awesome for this.
Meanwhile Hustle only serves for physical moves, and that's very useless because its physical attack is low and even with Hustle you'd rather spam Air Slash than Aerial Ace.
If you do get Serene Grace, it's 100% worth using. Otherwise, it takes a lot of grinding because of Togepi's friendship-based evolution and it's just meh.
