What do each legendary Pokemon symbolises? This is my analysis. Do you agree with this?
Should I also add other forms like Primal Kyogre/Groudon for "beginning" and "apocalypse"?

Most aren't symbolism, just the thing the mon is(though correct in most cases), but, for instances "dragon comet" is not an general idea.

A few observations
-The latis being the "eon" pokemon is something from the english localization, in japanese they're the infinite pokemon
-UBs aren't legendaries/mythicals and they really don't represent alternate worlds, they just are mons that happen to live in those, Necrozma, Giratina and the Cosmog line arealso such things. UBs really aren't special. Not to mention those are also represented in Palkia,
-mad props for actually understandung hoopa though

I only found that it's most likely based on legend that a comet in shape of dragon gave the name for Uther Pendragon, so I thought all Galar legendaries are just elements of medival monarchy.

Speaking of, I kind of wish Enamorus was purple. I would better match Tornadus/Thundurus, as well as being a unique color between the forces of nature and Tapus, which each have a different color. Not that they're related in any way, I just thought it was interesting how their colors worked out.

many of these connections still don't make sense

Cosmog and Cosmoem are related to both Solgaleo and Lunala.

All of them plus Necrozma are related to the UBs

Zygarde protects the environment like the Tapus so if anyhthing those should be connected
