>>49910977If we're talking strictly types and without consideration for the Pokemon itself, then Fairy/Steel (9 Resistances, 2 Immunities) and Dragon/Steel (9 Resistances, 1 Immunity) are among the toughest to deal with. However I think there is an argument to be made for just Electric-Type since by technicality with Levitate, it has no weaknesses, three resistances and an immunity.
So it depends on your outlook, are you looking to minimize the amount of types that can deal neutral or greater damage or are you looking to minimize the amount of types that can deal super effective damage.
Also this is just a minor thing but PMD Bronzong is also extremely defensive, functionally the Pokemon had no weaknesses as its Fire-Type weakness was countered by Heatproof and its Ground-Type weakness was immunized by Levitate. This gave the Pokemon 8 Resistances (Normal, Flying, Rock, Steel, Grass, Psychic, Ice & Dragon), 2 Immunities (Poison & Ground) and no weaknesses. The best you could do is hit for neutral (Fighting, Bug, Water, Electric, Fire, Ghost & Dark).
