The headcap of its pre-evolution has inverted similar to how some Mushrooms release their spores, appearing similar to a flower bulb. Several small mushrooms that look similar to Shroomish's bulb-head grow on the Pokemon's back. On its underbelly, tail and back are striped crevices which allow the Pokemon to release massive amounts of spores at once.
Its collar has curved upwards with new mushrooms similar to the one that forms its pre-evolution's head have developed although lack any features of the face.
