Sentret: "Eye" on stomach.
Spinarak: Face on back
Ariados: Face on back
Xatu: Cat face on chest
Umbreon: "Third eye" on forehead
Slowking: Eyes on the back of his head (actual eyes, not markings)
Wobbuffet: Eyes on tail
Girafarig: Head on tail (actual head, not markings)
Qwilfish: Eyes on tail
Scizor: Eyes on both pincers
Mantine: Eyes on its back (The beta mantine designs have a full face here, Mantyke has a full face on its back)
Stantler: Antlers look like eyes
Its something they still do occassionally in other gens, but it is extremely common in Gen 2 designs.
