Their party compositions were weak, relative to the game's offerings. Drasna for example has only these 4 Dragons, when they could've also given her Mega Garchomp, Dragonite, Salamence, Haxorus, Hydreigon or Kingdra who are also in the Kalos Dex. I think 5 Pokemon should've remained the standard for Elite 4.

Why has there never been a meme made from edited game footage where you start a battle with a Kalos gym leader/elite four and right after the player sends out their pokemon the battle just ends and the "you defeated xyz" text is replaced with "xyz surrendered"

It was a artificial low standard so when they made Pokemon Z with a defiant elite4 it would feel like a improvement. Sadly Pokemon Z was delayed to 2023

At least you're lucid enough to get it half right. The actual spellings are simply France and Russia.
The US is the forever sideline boy, unable to make it count and relying on countries more capable at war. All they can do now is make movies, trying to brainwash themselves into believing they were military relevant in a world war and hate on French people for being better than them in everything including fighting.
