It's "Gender Unknown", not "Genderless". Either way it's gameplay purposes so you can't exploit Attract.
For lore purposes though, they absolutely do have genders. For example, Solgaleo's the "Male" evolution for Cosmoem, and Lunala's the "Female" evolution.
