In terms of actual battle competence? It was never good. The only thing Rampardos has ever had going for it is its power, but it lacks the bulk or speed to make any use of it (and that's before getting into issues of typing and accuracy).
>>49925760I like where you're heart's at, but I genuinely think that giving Rock-types some key movepool buffs (more moves, buffed moves, brand new moves) would be enough to save most of its members. Don't forget, Rock has the fewest moves of any type in total and especially over the past 15 years.
