As long as they don't shill the hispanic (mixed race Latin America) stuff and keep it limited to actual Iberia then I will be happy. The last thing we need is some pandering to the invaders of my country. Bean bros already have Ludicolo. It would be nice if they had a nice section of the region dedicated to the Basque country and maybe Catalonia. Including Gibraltar for some actual British flair would be interesting. I myself prefer colder, more temperate regions but its always nice to have a change of scenery. Maybe some references to Iberia's pre-christian past?
