In XY, there was a Hex Maniac NPC in Dendimille Town that sold Moomoo Milk. It started off as a joke in Japan where artists would draw lewds of her with huge tiddies, but the joke became lost with Westerners as the lewds became more popular. Eventually people just rolled with it and gave the Hex Maniac huge tiddies because they assumed it was always the way to draw her.

Moomoomilk aside, she appealed to people who like Kuroki Tomoko from Watamote, myself included. There’s an element about the two characters that are similar.

The only difference I can point out is that Hex has a lil bit of booba, compared to Tomoko.
Also, different personalities. While Tomoko is thirsty and also exploding with social reactions, Hex is more quiet and shy in her approach to people. Tomoko does everything to be in the spotlight, meanwhile Hex just wants to be in the background.
