>>49934798I would agree except Emerald should definitely be Chaotic Good since the rest of Gen 3 was really hit or miss and it's just unexpectedly solid given the really poor decisions that brought down RS and FRLG. Swap it with BW.
By comparison, Red and Green should be Chaotic Neutral since they set the baseline for the series but their development and the games themselves are chaotic in nature.
Y should then be true neutral because it had plenty of good things that are inherent only to it but that's more or less a testament to how well Gen 6 could have served as a foundation since XY are just bad in general and that balances it out.
That would leave Sun as Neutral Evil since it made the express choice to go below the foundation Y set instead of improving on it and then introduced a host of other issues into the series on its own like lack of exploration, slow and meaningless story dumps, hardcore Kanto wank, and removing features that had otherwise been core to the series like the natdex. That would further explain why Shield is chaotic evil since it took the bad parts from Gen 7 and exacerbated them while offering nothing in return.
