Capwhack the High Seas Pokémon

Water/Dark

This Pokémon is gruff, greedy and domineering, but once it’s allied with a trainer the bond is for life. It stores water in the cap on it’s head, and fires it out of the tubes connected to it. It’s said that this Pokémon has mastered open sea travel.

This Pokémon has an air of regality about it that is unmatched, mainly due to it’s scepter like tail. It’s said that the seeds on it’s tail have no problem crossing across the globe, carried on the wind, to sprout beautiful yellow flowers. The great kings of the past took a liking to this Pokémon for this reason, as the flowers that sprouted in far away lands from these seeds assured them that the sun never set on their empires.

Yes, I’m the guy that drew the PLA starter evos, these aren’t fake leaks this is just a fun thread for some evolutions I thought up.

Capwhack is a Pirate obviously, with pistols, a jellyfish thing on his head and a big x marks the spot. Even closing his eye like an eyepatch.

Dandeeleo is a druid king, with a dandelion puffball scepter. Sun never setting on the flowers it spreads is based on british empire.

Crocoville is a chinese parade dragon mixed with an orange bell pepper.
