it's actually kind of a story, so let me narrate: basically, it starts with this pair of kids warming up frozen meals and serving them to friends and family. the salandit brings out the meals and sets the tables, the rotom cooks the meals.
then, later on, they start getting some traction- they set up in a small building, hire some staff (a darumaka/darmanitan to tenderize any meat they make and a fletchinder/talonflame to cool it down to edible levels for customers- talonflame has gale wings so that it doesn't make the food even hotter while cooling it just by being nearby)- the salandit evolves and hires a harem of salandit to start bringing out meals while she becomes a manager (might sometimes chip in to be a waitress if one of her salandit is out sick), poor rotom is still stuck cooking meat and making meals
finally, it becomes a full-on big bar and grill thing, like those kinds with the outdoor patios and live performers. A chandelure gets hired for decor purposes, and a Blaziken comedian starts frequenting and kind of becomes the restaurant's pseudo-mascot by virtue of how frequently he shows up to do routines.
the gym's appearance depends on where it's placed in the game; if it's the trainer's first badge, he's literally just walking up to a tiny stand and challenging the initial pair. from there it goes from a tiny counter, to that tiny initial restaurant, then it just gets bigger and bigger until it has like a huge neon sign with the Blaziken on it and everything
(as the eighth badge/e4 member/champion, there's a facade before the leader's room)
trainers would range from cowboys to motorcyclists to police officers- just really redneck shit, all of whom are complimenting the restaurant's service and atmosphere
in its earlier stages, the trainers complain a little more instead and mostly consist of youngsters and delinquents
