Not only is he rich af but he also takes you (some random child to him) to a secret island with his special plane (Lati@s) in oras. He also gives random gifts and leaves them in his home KNOWING the player (a kid) will come to his house (he is 25) in their free time. Also he lives next to a space station on an island. His best friend is a man his age or older who is a beauty pageant, whose niece lures you into doing Pokemon contests, coincidence huh? And in hgss he gifts you rare starters and says weird stuff like all children have the same eyes or look on their face or something (mk ultra reference). Real creepy when you think about it.
