My friend has shared additional information. He said this will be the last bit of information until after the next trailer is released.
The next trailer is finished and will be released near the end of May. The Pokemon social media accounts will promote it mid-May. (His department oversees what the social media can/cannot post)
The trailer will reveal the two main legendaries: the Minotaur and Griffin and will tease the third legendary, the multi-headed dragon.
It will also reveal 2 new Pokemon: a humming bird and an ant
Also a new regional form. He teased this Pokemon will get a new evolution as well and fans will be very pleased. He also said the regional forms will cover all 8 generations. I asked him what the regional form is of. He said he wants to keep it a surprise and the only hint is that it's from the second gen. I asked if it's Dunsparce and he said "just wait". :(
