>>49988322There's no real reason for it to exist.
Mew is the common ancestor for almost all Pokemon, which made it the perfect candidate for horrific genetic splicing in order to create a Pokemon specifically just to win battles, Mewtwo was created to be an undefeatable Pokemon and while we have enough hindsight to know that it isn't, the charred remains of the Pokemon Mansion told all involved that they had succeeded.
Just incase there was any doubt we wouldn't get a Mewthree, Mewtwo got 2 Mega Evolutions and one more form you probably forgot about unless you were one of the few people who completed Pokken's story mode, Y maximized its mental capabilities, X it's physical capabilities and Shadow Mewtwo's potential power is genuinely limitless due to the Shadow Synergy Stone embedded into its body, on top of all of that, Shadow Mewtwo can Mega Evolve into its X form.
Mewthree would be a colossal waste of time, money and effort because base Mewtwo on its own is already much more than what the scientists who had created it had bargained for.
Oh, and we also already got a second attempt at the ultimate battle Pokemon in Genesect, a Pokemon that was feared as the strongest of hunters without the cybernetic enhancements it was upgraded with by Team Plasma's scientists, who were intelligent enough to not only gain complete control over the Pokemon Storage System of Unova and would've used it to release everyone's Pokemon en masse, but they also successfully took control of Kyurem and used its power to create a flying ship armed with a weapon that can freeze entire cities solid.
Even considering mass production Mewthree wouldn't be the best option, simply because of a kind of Pokemon that, in theory, could be quickly, easily and cost effectively be mass produced, Pokemon made up entirely of digital data, just because the Porygon line is the only one that exists right now does not mean that more species cannot be created.
For the love of god, we do not need a Mewthree.
