I love Misty's original design above all other pokegirls, but aged up with different hair she's not as high up. So I give it to Acerola if we're talking about looks and style.

In terms of a Pokemon battle tourny? Probably Acerola even then, she fought as a member of the Elite 4, the rest have only ever been Gym Leaders as far as I'm aware. Not sure how her team stacks up monster for monster, but outside of postgame stuff Acerola should win.
