Started a FireRed run early last year or late 2020 and I want to finish it soon. Also started PLA and beat Cleavor but I want to finish FR and a couple other games before getting back to it. I know I want to replace the PLA Snorlax and Geodude eventually.
Does anyone have any tips for team rotation in PLA? I tried it with Shield and I gave up after the 3rd or 4th gym.

Honestly Legends lends itself super well to team rotation. Just keep rotating mons while you're out exploring (I did it every time I returned to Jubilife) but keep 6 in mind for the boss fights. They won't be underleveled but it can make things more interesting

Thanks, anon. I'll keep that in mind when I finally get back to playing it. Should I also raise a team for capturing? Like, one team with strong pokemon solely for bosses, and one loaded with false swipers and status inflectors? Or is that unnecessary?

On second thought I decided to drop Persian. It's a really cool pokamon and I made great use of it early game especially with its timid nature and technician, but I haven't really used it much. Misdreavous' smile is too precious to replace

Just a shame it's not a regular rattata. Don't know why they made alolan slower and weaker and got rid of guts. Still, it's one of my favourite pokamon
