The only one is the one by misaki, several are literally saying "of course/after all, he's a frog (so that's why he's walking like that)". The rest are like "he (animated) looks very frog like", that doesn't mean they are confused, they're just commenting on the fact it's so frog like in it's animation.
The very one in the top right is commenting saying they overdid it with how frog like it is in the animation and how it's not like that in other media.
Even if you had no Japanese knowledge, the majority of these screencapped tweets with the shitty translate makes no sense anyway.
