I replaced my Emerald's battery and reset the RTC clock using pkhex but berries still won't grow, please help me bros

Did you try doing Select + B + Left after enabling the reset?

No, you can use it to use RTC in Emerald, normally inacessable but since you enabled in PkHeX it should fix it for you
