My evil team is a little more subtle. It's a development/construction company called Skyscraper Inc.

The goals of Skyscraper Inc is to expand the urban development of towns and cities with new buildings. They are not adverse to destroying forests and barking Pokémon out of areas to achieve their goals.

They use a lot of bruiser type Pokémon (Machoke, Gurdurr, Ursaring) and destructive fire types (Magmar, Arcanine) and slice-and-dice Mons (Pawniard, Scyther, Weavile)

Using Psychic, Dark, Poison and sometimes Fairy Pokémon. Only females or with no gender.

Psychic for the psycological manipulation.
Dark for their true intentions.
Poison because they're more toxic than 1M G-Max Garbodors.
And Fairy because they try to appear to be good and be cute.

Their outfits would be typical clothes with multicolored hairs, and would have their slogans all over of the clothes.
Holding banners with phrases like "Patriarchy will fall" or "Black Lifes Matter".

Symbol/logo would probably be a pair of lips covered by a hand with fingers doing the "quiet" symbol.
Uniforms will be something like grey hazmat suits with helmets that cover the face and inbuilt earplugs that cancel all noise except being tuned in to the team communications like walkie-talkies with a mini speaker to communicate so no one except team members will know what they're saying.
Hideout will probably be a secret mountain base with a gigantic library (because silence) and communication will be in written/published code or hand gestures.
Secret organisation/society stuff, really.

mid-ranking grunts would have popular pokemon, like unevolved pseudo-legendaries, mid-evolution starters, shillmons, etc. with randomly assigned 31 IVs
Executives would have one imposter ditto on their lineup, and the team boss would have 6 max IV imposter dittos, with his ace being shiny and foreign

The Brotherhood comes from an alternate world where Team Galactic succesfully captured both Dialga and Palkia. Going from region to region and leveling it to start anew, the people of Alola realized that they'd be next. The leader, who was in possession of that universe's Lunala, rounded up as many people as he could and evacuated out to Ultra Space (hence the name "Fallen"). The circumstances have led the people to believe the only true way to be safe is to imprison all legendaries. In the next universe they encounter, they stage a campaign to capture every legendary pokemon and kill anyone who stands in the way, as it's the only way to truly stop any other organizations from getting their hands on them.

Team Nemesis

A small but dedicated team of bullies. Dojo busters more or less. Think like Garou or Stain. Only five members total, each wearing a different Pokemon mask. They'd probably be secondary to the real antagonist group, sort of like Team Skull.

The ideal is to topple the prestigious and the powerful. This goes for individuals as well as institutions. So they terrorize corporations, Pokemon Gyms and other League organizations, and ambush famous trainers. At least one of their goals would be to crush and humiliate the current champion and elite four. In essence they're sort of like Pokemon anarchists, just looking to destabilize the status quo for vague beliefs or personal reasons.

They'd each have a team that focuses on a theme rather than a specific type, eg moves that damage a wide area, status effects, stalling, etc. Most importantly, a really good midboss battle theme.

There is no leader, but there is a figurehead that influences followers to do what they are told to do (which is to mainly go to random places to wreak havoc). It is a movement that is mostly carried out by delinquents that just want to go around breaking stuff. However, there is a true, underlying villain who is behind the figurehead. They incite their followers to cause distractions while they carry out their plans under the radar. Their real plan is to unleash true chaos by releasing all Pokémon from PC's and to turn all people (except their self) into Pokémon.
