Melmetal doesn't make Steel a good typing to have.
Clefairy doesn't make Fairy a good typing to have.
Dragapult doesn't make Ghost a good typing to have.
Toxapex doesn't make Water a good typing to have.
Since you're evidently retarded I'll make the point clearer for you - listing individual pokemon that are bad or good like Meganium and Rillaboom doesn't mean shit with regards to how strong a typing is because Pokemon are far more than just their typing. Grass is a good - but not great typing because of its valuable defensive utility and strong near-exclusive moves - Sleep Powder and Stun Spore, Leech Seed, Giga Drain, Synthesis, etc. Its only issues are generally poor offensive matchups (being resisted by Steel and Flying is never good but being one of the two Water counters is always nice) and generally poor movepools on many mono-Grass types.
