>>50044487I thought it was fine. They feel like sidegrades to platinum instead of direct upgrades and replacements like many hoped for. I liked the Grand Underground and them implementing Platinum Pokémon through there with nearly every other Pokémon up to Gen 4 in the post game was cool. Shame about no battle frontier. Would have easily made it one of the better games due to the familiar Gen 4 BF with modern move sets, balance changes, and conveniences in team building. I’ll probably still play platinum in the future though when I want to replay Sinnoh but I enjoyed my time and still touch it every once in a while for some non-gimped Battle Tower streaks
