G-Linoone is in top tier, much better than Obstagoon imo. Obstagoon's kinda cool I guess, but the anthro is over the top, and the rock theme is over the top, I prefer Linoone's nice colors, movements, etc, it's a solid design
Ursaring is also in the top tier, much better than pre-evo, I hate Ursaluna's stupid face and eyebrows, Ursaring's pretty cool, but what matters is I think it's design is > ursaluna's
Oh, and Stantler-
Stantler I'd put in either of the bottom 2 tiers. I guess if I'm being generous, I'll say it's kinda cool, but final evo is way beter- but honestly, Wyrdeer is just much better, so green tier it is
