Even after the Special's spotlight rightly shifts to Mewtwo and Giovanni, she's still there taunting the big cat to his face and making things that much harder for the regulars. I remember some mostly appreciative blog posts from earlier times appreciating the agency there. Most of Johto's new Rockets were good.
