I organized all my Pokemon stuff on my 3DS together and kept all the other games like Animal Crossing: New Leaf, Dragon Quest VIII: Journey of the Cursed King, Ocarina of Time 3D, Kirby: Planet Robobot, etc. separate. I have the GBA Pokemon games (RSFRLGE) in Twilight Menu. The only core series game I'm missing from the first seven Gens is Moon, but that's only because I'm not quite crazy enough to go through cutscene hell four times. Three times is a charm.
