>>50065625OP was about how you should be happy the Exp Share is mandatory because it's meant to make you complete the pokedex, not that post that isn't even replying to anything.
Unless of course, you are the OP who hasn't stopped posting like I've told you to, faggot.
You don't need to switch train unless it's level 2-3, you just go to a route with lower levels and train there instead, that and even with switch training, the higher level a Pokemon is the more exp they need to level up, the level gap does not persist unless you allow it to, using the Exp. Share used to be like switch training without the switch, it divided the exp gained equally, now it gives the pokemon out front all the exp and everyone else half of what they would've gotten if they were out front, the Exp. Share used to be a held item and a decent one at that, now it's a forced mechanic that you can't turn off and the starter I chose and want to do the entire game with is ludicrously overleveled. As for Gyms, the amount of Exp in them aren't offensive, they will not create major level gaps in the first place, the Mankey you caught on Route 22 will not outlevel your Charmander even if it was the only one to fight all of the Pokemon in Brock's Gym.
The Exp. Share was not made to make new teams or fill out the Pokedex or whatever excuse you'll come up with next, it was made to give your team more exp, no matter what that team may be, that is it's function just like how Exp. Candy is meant to level up your Pokemon, not just bring newer members up to speed, leveling up weaker Pokemon is just something you can do with the Exp Candy, it's not what you should do, you should do whatever the fuck you want with them, throw them in the bin? Sure, why not, feed every one you get to your starter? Go for it bud. Wonder Trade them to people who can't understand a word of the language you speak? You're such a generous person!
