What will the bootlicker defense be to the dexcut when gen 9 rolls now that only 60 Pokemon are left to 3D model?

No, OP is correct. He's addressing the evidence and the narrative.
According to the shill narrative are subject to a single console(when not a single game, but the narrative changes each time), so then the dexcut is excusable as they couldn't make all the models in time.
Now that the switch has, along different games, most pokemon in it, then its only a little stretch to have all of them in SV IF the shill narrative were correct and they all had to be remade for the switch.

There will be Pokemon that were in Gen 8 that are absent in Gen 9.

As was stated when it was first announced, what's happening is that the dex is being rotated between games, not "cut".

What the fuck are you talking about, they didn’t remodel anything. All the old pokemon are still using their X and Y models and animations right down to the ugly ass sky battle hovering. No one thinks the dexcut was anything but laziness and cutting content to resell later

There will never be "x pokemon left to model" because as of Legends they've started to expand the animations and you'd expect they'd want to keep them as uniform as possible, so you could only expect Pokemon that appeared in Legends in Scarlet/Violet.

Pokemon that appeared in LGPE, Sword/Shield and SD/BP won't necessarily have their animations for Scarlet so I'd honestly only expect ~400 again before DLC like Sword/Shield.

It really doesn't. I'm just saying that there's likely a uniform list of animations for each game and that a Pokemon that was ready for SwSh or BDSP could have became unfinished once Legends raised the bar for what was compatible. I'm just going off the idea Scarlet/Violet will use the same number of animations as Legends due Legends mons like Hisuan Zoroark being shown so far.
