Give it a singing themed signature move called "lullaby", a sound based move that puts all pokemon on the field to sleep. I don't want to buff sing but I want to give the jigglypuff line a singing themed move because that's what it's known for. May give it a niche in doubles over smeargle.

Basically abuses Competitive when you see Intimidate, and being a Special Attacker as opposed to Defiant Bisharp means you can kill Salamence/Mawile with Dazzling Gleam/Fire Blast.

Small buffs, more for in-game than comp.

Change it so its stats mirror Clefable
Wigglytuff (140/70/45/85/50/45, total 435)
Clefable (95/70/73/95/90/60, total 483)
Wigglybuffed (140/50/80/88/85/40) total 483)

Give it Boomburst and Moonblast, or a Fairy-type Hyper Voice clone.

Frisk is replaced for Magic Bounce.

massive movepool with that attack stat would make it a great wallbreaker for lower tiers.
and the gigantic HP means double-edge recoil is a non-issue.

At the time you could only use Pokemon caught from XY, so no Milotic, and of the remaining options (Meowstic and Gothitelle), STAB Fairy at least does something to Salamence/Garchomp. That, and he said that he knew that Korean players had some results already with Wigglytuff, so he had some confidence in it.

Wigglytuff is so close to being a doubles terror.

Reduce hp to base 100, put 20 into spa and 20 into spe. So the stats should be
100 hp 70 att 45 def 105 spa 50 spd 65 spe

With this shit you get to be a fucking monster anti-intimidate pokemon.
