>>50069138No, that's not the OG poster. The filename is all wrong. The original poster came from fox friday and he was a very disgruntled gentleman with the situation of those threads. My friend who likes to post cropped porn should be familiar with him, but no, that's not his post. In fact it was made in a thread I made back when I had an iphone. The filenames do not match for example.
>>50069286My friend, stop putting words in my mouth. It's not a very kind thing to do. I don't claim anything other than what's know to us, I will say it again, Pokémon does not play the game of Pokémon having varying degrees of intelligence except in rare cases. It's as to why discussing it in the end is ultimately futile because Pokémon intelligence is up to the writers. If they want an alakazam to act like a stray puppy they will do just that, having 5,000 IQ doesn't really matter here. It's ultimately just fluff for the pokedex.
Likewise they don't like the idea of Pokémon being above one another. The screencap with the Mr Mime is a perfect example of that philosophy, agree with it or not doesn't really matter in this case.
As for the other nonsense that's just the way Pokémon operates, the series doesn't operate as if Pokémon are supernatural races or fantasy races. It's a very simple idea to conceptualize and that is that it takes various inspirations and turns them into Pokémon, wild creatures who are also kept as pets, and even behave like real pets. This isn't me talking about a fetish but a tangible reality no matter how much you hide behind your mirages you call "headcanons".
Verily I have heard praises on how Arceus handled the Pokémon and the game sold well so it's very obvious they're doing something right despite the mewling of young men with groomer fantasies.
>>50069369Why would it be legal to marry your pet? Sounds a little inane, my friend.
