Wouldn't everything be the same? It's not like the game was designed for western audiences first or anything. Even things that appear random like Muk or Tangela are just Dragon Quest expys.

I meant Pokemon with Japanese origins, like Dragonair is inspired by a Japanese dragon, or Electabuzz who is inspired by a Japanese demon.
