tons of exploration opportunities
music was amazing

I'm getting fucking old. ORAS came out the year I graduated college.

I miss the 3DS era of Pokémon. Walking around campus getting street passes was based.

I recently tried to play ultra sun and all the handholding, dialogue, cutscenes and artificial barriers broke my spirit 2 hours and I quit.

Is ORAS better in this regard? I've never played the games before.

The handholding is definitely lighter than in ultra sun. While I strongly recommend ORAS, I also know my own opinion is through rose tinted glasses and a lot of nostalgia, it has a lot of flaws
