Why are there no good fanmade gryphon pokemon designs?
It's hard to make a gryphon look bad but everyone seems to be trying their hardest to do just that.

Development codenames for every Gen 7 line were leaked, and Type: Null/Silvally was "Gryps" (Griffin/Gryphon).

It's a close as you can get to a grififin without it literally just being a cartoon griffin.

Are you okay, dude? You're seething quite a bit. Let's say gen 9 added a gryphon, i.e. a lion/bird monster with wings-- that would be considered the gryphon mon, not Silvally, because Silvally is not a gryphon.

My gryphon mon looks kinda ugly because the sprite wasn't so great the first time and then someone else cleaned up the sprite so the sprite itself looks good now but the weird 'wrong' bits from the original are still there.
