i've seen some 'people' taking it as if it's legit because the pretty designs look cool and the eeveelution (which does have a good design) is somehow the proof the whole thing's legit. To the not-so sex-driven mind, some have mentioned it looks like a microphone or something.
also, my friend's been trying to find a connection to the type with any lewd japanese word and there haven't been any matches. So it's some kind of gibberish that they're not aware of. Because the name's cut off it's hard to get a read on the thing, which I guess contributes to 'people' thinking it's legit.
Also there haven't really been a huge number of people explaining why it's fake beyond the vibrator, which again ties back into the eevee. Board of autistic cave-dwellers I know, but someone's gonna need to point it out.
