Are you new to the new gen news cycle? They do this every fucking time, they announce something, give us fuck all to go off of and then go radio silent until Mid-Late Spring, THEN they start drip-feeding us information all the way until the week before Black Friday.

Isn't that normal for the past few gens? Hardly any info except for occasional new pokemon or mechanic reveal. We don't get a real big info dump until someone literally leaks the games.

There were tons of reveals and teasers, way more than gen 8. Still began with three months of nothing.

there were a lot of reveals and there was so much backlash over it cause they left NOTHING for us to find for ourselves, pretty sure there were only like 7 pokemon all together that werent revealed before release.

They stopped that with Gen 8 with only releasing a few pokemon and characters before release, most months it was 1 new pokemon and 1 new bit of info.

SV will likely do the same, Im surprised we even got the starters this early.

I really hate the word "hype". It's such a niggerish word. I prefer to use the word "excited", which sounds like actual human speech. But nonetheless, yes, I am very excited for Scarlet and Violet. My best friend and I always play through the games together, and it's gonna be great.
