>Gen 2 trade evosIt's worse in Gen 2 because they're changing types of the base mon to a much better type. I'll admit I forgot Karrablast and Shelmet, but Gurdurr can still do the same thing as Conkeldurr
>complex about using the same mons more than onceNo, you're making a strawman. I have used them tons of times and mons in Gen 1 to 3 are more role fillers than they are the individual mon. If you yourself haven't used those mons, you have no room be criticizing me because you've been using worse ones and can't sympathize with the feeling of not wanting to use shitmons again.
>halfway8 fucking badges into the game. Yes, I would apply that same criticism to the mons you mentioned, as well as the stupidly high evolution level of Rufflet. Gen 5 doesn't get a magical pass but it also has a lot more mons that don't suck than Gen 2 because they have abilities and way better movepools. Most mons in Unova are not that late, nor do they have as much overlap as something like Gen 2 Normal/Flying mons or Water mons because not having PSS homogenizes mons significantly more than having it.
>the dogsThey have the opposite problem that shitmons do. They're boring because you just evaporate mons in front of you, but at least that makes the quest to press A a bunch of times go faster. They're also roaming and if you support that after playing more than once, you simply enjoy a repetitive activity that I absolutely do not. Gen 5, on the other hand, lets me use any of those three types on the physical or special side.
>the Kantooo memeYes, they get boring after using them for 20 years in every conceivable fashion. Most of them have horrible stats and overlap in their movepools that are made much worse by not having the PSS, or if you do have it, you're playing Gen 4 and it's slow.
Stop saying people who agree with you are shitposting. I used to dislike Gen 5, but it grew into my favorite
