That's the most you're gonna get because them interacting at all any more than that would force them to acknowledge the kiss when that's not something they want anyone to worry about for Ash, not until the entire franchise somehow stops being lucrative, crashes and burns and they decide they want to produce, finish and air a finale to the entire Pokemon Anime with what funds and talents remain.

Not even anyone who gives a fuck about this sort of thing, but the point is if they had time and interacted any bit more than that they would have inevitably went there to some capacity. This is the fuckwad Serena's head over heels for, she's gonna wanna make sure his feelings about that last departure are something she's not wasting her time and expectations over.

Ignoring the antis, this was literally of the best returns PM has ever done, everyone outside /padt are giving positive reactions, they literally did more than justice to Serena.
I don't know why people still expect romance in pokemon, it's not going to happen.

I thought Serena was going to hang out with the gang like Dawn did. Still a good episode though, it's nice to see my boy Pancham doing good and I like how Delphox retained her Braixen persona.
