They’re stalling out because NONE of their shit is maintained properly, meaning things are constantly falling apart in the field (it’s why there are so many images of dozens of armoured vehicles and tanks just left abandoned), and their troops are barely-trained idiots running around wildly shooting anything that movies. The Russian army is —from top to bottom— rotten, corrupt, and apathetic. Everyone from the lowest squaddie to the highest general just does not give a shit. They pocket money that’s meant to be used for maintenance and salary, mishandle all their equipment, and abuse each other so much that there’s so sense of brotherhood or camaraderie.
This is why they are losing. The Ukrainians feel like they are fighting for something, and the Russians feel like they are fighting for nothing.
